For a full refund, Customer cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. We offer trip insurance that allows you to cancel up to one hour before your scheduled flight time. 

Late Arrivals

Please do not be late as it is common for us to be fully booked and may not be able to offer a same day tour. If you are late, there is no guarantee at all that you will fly. If you are late and we cannot fly you, you will be charged a rescheuling fee. If you cannot rescheule, You will be charged the entire amount. We cannot and will not delay our other scheduled flights because you are late.


All passengers must present a valid government issued photo ID. We Absolutely Do not accept passengers with no ID, or Pictures of ID’s. If you arrive without your physical ID, you will have to be rescheduled and will be charged a rescheduling fee. This is an aiport and you will not fly without your ID.

Credit Cards

The credit card used to book your helicopter tour must be presented at the time of check in. This card must match the ID of one of the travelers. There are no exceptions. If you present a card with the cardholder not present, you will be denied boarding, and will be charged the full amount and not given the option to reschedule unless that person will be present. 


We have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. We collect all necessary information including the scanning of your ID and credit card at check in. Our facilities and helicopters are all video monitored. if a passenger claims a fraudulent chargeback, we submit all the evidence of your presence, as well as file police reports and press charges against you. You are at an airport – a Federal controlled property. Federal charges can apply to you. 

Weight restrictions

We have a passenger weight limit of 275 LBS (125 KG) and a group weight restriction of 550 LBS (250 KG). If you show up and weight over these limitations, you will not fly and will be charged full price. We do not make the weight limits, the manufacturer of the helicopter sets these limitations. The restriction is posted all over our website, our products, and you agree to this at checkout. If you show up over these restrictions, we will refer you to having clicked the checkbox that you agreed to these terms.

Unruly passengers

Your Pilot has the final call as to whether or not you fly. Passengers who show up intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be denied boarding. You will be charged full price, will not fly, and will not be welcome back.


In the event the weather does not cooperate, we will reschedule your flight to a mutually agreeable time/ day. If we cannot reschedule our out of town guests, we will offer a full refund as weather is out of our control. Your Pilot is the one who makes the final call on weather. If your pilot says it is safe to fly, you are expected to be there for your scheduled tour. We will not fly in unsafe conditions, we do not accept passengers telling us they want to fly when the weather is below our minimum standards. 

Our Rights

We have the right to cancel our reschedule at our own discretion. We may cancel your flight at anytime for maintenance, FAA regulations, scheduling conflicts, or any reason we deem necessary.
